学历及学术经历: 1992年苏州大学化学教育专业本科毕业,1995年苏州大学有机化学专业毕业,获硕士学位,期间赴南开大学做访问学者1年。1995年留校工作至今,2006年获有机化学博士学位。 主持国家自然科学基金2项,江苏省高等学校自然科学研究重大项目1项,江苏省高校自然科学研究项目1项,参加3项国家自然科学基金项目和1项省部级项目。在国内外化学核心期刊如Green Chem., Org. Lett., Org. Chem. Front., J. Org. Chem., Dalton Trans., Organometallics, Catal. Sci. Technol., J. Polym. Sci. Polym. Chem.等发表论文40余篇,授权中国发明专利19项。曾获江苏省科学技术进步奖二等奖1项,获得中国石油和化学工业协会科学技术进步奖一等奖1项。2011-2012年获得江苏政府留学基金资助出国访学1年。
主要教学成果: 主持国家级一流本科课程1门,省级一流本科课程1门;主持完成江苏省教育厅教材建设项目1项,苏州大学3I工程《有机化学》和《有机化学实验》微课程建设,有机化学校课程思政团队建设、基础化学实验教学团队建设等校级项目7项;主编“十三五”江苏省高等学校重点教材《有机化学》(上、下)一套(高教出版社);副主编《有机化学实验》(高教出版社)、《有机化学实验》(南京大学出版社);参编《有机化学》(高教出版社)、《有机化学演示实验(音像)》(高教出版社)和《有机硫化学》等教材6部;在《大学化学》、《实验室科学》等期刊发表教学论文10余篇;获得江苏省教学成果一等奖,江苏省高校第三届多媒体课件制作大赛三等奖,江苏省高校微课教学本科组三等奖,江苏省优秀毕业设计团队奖和苏州大学利苏奖教金、交行教学奖和周氏教学优胜奖等奖励10多项。
研究领域:稀土金属有机化合物的合成、结构及其在不对称催化反应中的应用,二氧化碳化学转化等。
