学历及学术经历: 万小兵,理学博士,江苏泰州人。1997年7月于南京大学化学化工学院获学士学位,1998 年9月至2001年7月,南京大学化学系攻读硕士学位,从事超分子化学的研究。2001 年9月至2005年7月,中国科学院上海有机化学研究所攻读博士学位,系统研究了Ru/Rh 催化的不对称催化氢化反应,合成了一系列价格低廉、对映选择性高的手性双磷配体。2005 年7月进入北京大学从事Pd 催化的C–H 键活化研究,取得了原创性的研究结果。2007年7月进入苏州大学工作,任职副教授。2012年破格聘为研究员,2014年遴选为博士生导师.主要从事绿色氧化反应,多组分反应,氟化学等领域的研究。迄今为止,已在JACS,Angew. Chem.,Org. Lett.,JOC,Chem. Commun.,Chem. Eur. J.和Adv. Synth. Cat.等国际一流研究刊物发表论文数十篇,得到国内外同行的广泛关注与引用(引用近千次)。申请中国发明专利12项,已经授权4项。 研究领域: 绿色氧化反应,多组分反应,氟化学。发展绿色、环境友好的反应体系,合成具有重要的应用价值和具有生物活性的分子。 代表性论文 1.
