学历及学术经历:

2006年本科毕业于苏州大学化学工程与工艺专业,2012年在苏州大学博彩平台 获得高分子化学与物理专业博士学位,从事生物可降解高分子纳米材料的研究工作,博士论文课题获得江苏省2009年度普通高校研究生科研创新计划项目资助。博士在读期间,获得2010年国际高分子化学学术讨论会(PC2010)—“优秀墙报奖”和2010年江苏省博士生学术论坛(化学与绿色化工)—“优秀论文奖”。20108月荣获国家留学基金委公派留学基金资助,在美国Akron大学高分子科学与工程学院程正迪院士课题组学习,从事功能性软物质材料的研究。20157月晋升为副教授,20187月入选苏州大学优秀青年学者(2021年考核后续聘),20217月晋升为教授。先后入选英国皇家化学会J. Mater. Chem. B Emerging Investigator2018)和ChemComm Pioneering Investigator2023)。

2019年获得苏州大学“课程思政”课堂教学竞赛三等奖,2020年获得苏州大学第十九届青年教师课堂教学竞赛二等奖,2020年获评苏州大学本科毕业设计(论文)优秀指导教师,2021年获评苏州大学本科招生宣传先进个人,2020年获评博彩平台 优秀共产党员,2021年和2022年获评博彩平台 优秀党务工作者,2022年获批苏州大学第二批教职工党支部书记示范工作室负责人,2022年荣获苏州大学学生“我最喜爱的老师”提名奖,2022年获聘“苏州未来科学家培养薪火计划”导师,2023年获评苏州大学优秀党务工作者。现承担本科生《高分子化学》《化工基础实验》,以及研究生《高等高分子化学》等课程的教学。

何金林博士已在Macromolecules, Anal. Chem, ACS Appl. Mater. Interfaces, Chem. Commun., Chin. J. Chem., Polym. Chem., J. Mater. Chem. B,《高分子学报》《化学进展》等专业学术期刊发表论文多篇,先后主持国家自然科学基金面上项目和青年基金、江苏省高等学校自然科学研究重大项目、江苏省自然科学基金、高等学校博士学科点专项科研基金等项目9项。受邀担任Adv. Mater., ACS Nano, Chem. Mater., Macromolecules, ACS Macro Lett., ACS Appl. Mater. Interfaces, Anal. Chem., Chem. Commun., 《高分子学报》等期刊的审稿人。现为中国化学会高级会员、中国化工学会化工新材料委员会会员、苏州市化学化工学会秘书长、百度百科学术委员会委员、秒懂百科硬核知识官,担任国家自然科学基金、教育部学位中心、江苏省高新技术企业认定、广东省科技厅、中国科协科技人才奖项、苏州市高新技术企业培育入库,以及苏州市核心技术产品等评审专家。


主要研究方向:

离子导电弹性体,热塑性弹性体,生物可降解高分子。

 

指导本科生科研训练:
