学历及学术经历:

2001年博士毕业于中国科学院化学研究所高分子物理与化学国家重点实验室。2001−2004年德国拜罗伊特大学、英国萨塞克斯大学、英国谢菲尔德大学博士后,2005年加拿大蒙特利尔大学访问学者。2004−2011年,湘潭大学教授,博士生导师。2011年至今,苏州大学特聘教授,博士生导师。中国化学会第28届理事会高分子学科委员会委员,科技部国际科技合作计划项目评价专家,科技部高新科技企业评审专家,教育部环境友好化学与应用重点实验室学术委员会委员,国家自然科学基金会评专家,国家自然科学基金委化学学部重点项目中期检查及结题验收专家组成员,IUPAC先进材料与合成研讨会主席。湖南省普通高等学校优秀青年骨干教师,湖南省新世纪121人才工程第二层次人选,江苏省双创人才,江苏省创新团队引进团队核心成员。

本课题组致力于师法自然,效仿生物大分子精密构筑与生命功能,探索高分子材料仿生合成、仿生组装、仿生功能化的新概念、新理论、新策略、新技术。先后承担国家八五科技攻关重点项目1项,国家自然科学基金9项,以及各类省部级科研项目和企业合作项目。率先提出可见光引发可控自由基聚合(中国科学院科技战略咨询研究院发布《2017研究前沿》、《2018研究前沿》化学与材料科学研究领域十大热点前沿之一)、可见光引发聚合诱导自组装、聚合诱导静电自组装(SCI数据库高被引论文),正在孕育成为相关领域发展前沿,被国内外学者誉为标志性成果。培养出站博士后1名,培养毕业博士7名、硕士66名,指导教育部大学生创新性实验计划团队项目2项。1名硕士生获太平洋地区高分子大会奖,1名博士生获省自然科学优秀学术论文一等奖,3名硕士生获省优秀硕士学位论文,6名硕士生获研究生校长奖,1个本科生创新团队荣获国家教育部大学生创新性实验计划优秀奖。
