学历及学术经历: 1999年7月在苏州大学物理科学与技术学院物理教育专业毕业,获学士学位;2002年7月在苏州大学材料物理与化学专业毕业,从事硅基纳米发光材料的制备和性能研究,获硕士学位;2005年12月在复旦大学物理电子学专业毕业,从事有机一维纳米材料的制备与场发射性能及过电压保护器应用基础研究,获博士学位。 研究领域:主要利用真空薄膜技术、表面改性及杂化等技术,从事纳米结构的制备及光伏、传感、存储和开关等器件的研制 代表性论文 1.
