Abstract: An operando EC-SERS strategy was successfully developed for monitoring the Volmer reaction based on dynamic collisions. Its feasibility and universality were verified, and it provided a promising approach for visualizing a localized surface reaction. The dynamic behavior of a single nanoparticle Volmer reaction in a localized area was visualized by EC-SERS and dynamic collision processes, and the SERS contribution of a single Pt-H bond was estimated accordingly.
